Shipping
We process all orders promptly and ship only within the United States. Shipping charges must be added to the cost of your gift basket. Please note that we charge the actual shipping costs on each order as stated by UPS ground rates. Other express shipping options are available with tracking numbers. Please call for additional information. Ground shipping generally takes 2-7 business days (in addition to the time it takes to actually make your gift basket, package it and ship your order). Business days do NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. No shipments, nor deliveries are made on Saturdays or, Sundays by UPS. |
Local Deliveries
Local delivery of your gift basket within a 30 mile radius of Washington, D. C. Maryland and Northern Virginia is available for an additional fee of $15 - $25. Please call for your particular delivery charge. If your order is placed before 11:00 A.M., eastern standard time it will be prepared and delivered that same day, no later than 5:00 P.M.. Deliveries to local hospitals and hotels will be made to the Receptionist Desk or Department where the person receiving the gift basket will be required to sign for receipt of the gift basket. It is up to the receiving department to actually deliver the gift basket to the specific individual the gift basket is intended for within their facility. Furthermore, as the purchaser, you must ascertain that the recipient will still be at the location by the time the gift basket arrives or risks the chance that the recipient will not receive your gift. |
